I have a diverse range of professional skills that I gathered over the past 15 years in the field of IT, Telecom & Data networks and emerging cloud technology. Currently, working as Deputy Director Cyber Wing in Federal Investigation Agency. Matters related to cyber security at national level, policies governing cyber security, handling crime data and liaising with stakeholders is a part of my daily routine. Worked on SOPs for cyber crime investigation, Trained by Interpol, Australian Federal Police and multiple organizations on latest techniques to combat against Anti money laundering, Organized crime and Cryptocurrency related crimes. I had a lead role in IT Wing of Planning Commission of Pakistan where I served as a Project Director IT and headed a team of 50 ICT professionals. Software Development, Procurement of IT Equipment, Deployment and Operation of 500 nodes network was my prime focus. I am part of IT steering committee which is working for advancement of ICT in Pakistan. Prior to this job, I have experienced working for two major Telecom Industry gaints including Telecom Italia and Ericsson Telecommunications, Italy. At Ericsson Telecommunications, I worked as Integration & Validation Engineer for Optical Transport Networks department, managing testing of latest switches from Ericsson.I am also certified Cisco Trainer for administring network academy and have been tutoring Cisco certification training courses CCENT and CCNA (R&S) for past ten years. Due to my keen interest in Cyber Security and Information Security, I have recently done ISO 27001 training and certification.
