• Provide food and beverage product distribution to nationally recognized festivals & events across the country such as CRSSD Festival, Electric Forest, Under The Big Sky, etc.• Manage a team of 20-30 traveling bar managers to build concession stands on site, break-down events, distribute/stock products, ensure breaks and lunches are taken in a timely manner.• Maintain accurate inventory records for 150-500 pallets of product being distributed depending on event size.• Facilitate and coordinate the inventory and product distribution for festival concession setup. • Operate forklift for equipment and product distribution on pre and post events while maintaining a safe work environment. • Provide accurate cash handling and reconciliation of registers at assigned workstation. • Train and educate bar managers and bar tenders on policy changes, compliance topics, health and safety rules governed by the health department, workflow efficiencies and customer satisfaction.• Ensure staff are compliant with alcohol distribution regulations.• Provide service recovery as needed to disgruntle customers.• Remain flexible to the company’s needs as demands as priorities change.• Co-Manage equipment and loose product as well as freight import export in San Diego Warehouse between events.• Provide carpentry skills to build facades and bar fronts at given events
