• Implements and monitors training and development activities with responsibility for identifying training needs, recommending the appropriate mix and emphasis of training activities to improve organization effectiveness. • Develops and delivers training programs to meet identified needs.• Schedule, organize, and coordinate all training sessions.• Maintain coordination with customer to determine training requirements. • Develops, prepares, and maintains training procedures, reports, and records for the customer.• Participate effectively in development of new management trainee program with consultancy of Shanghi airport Co.

1- Responsible for aligning Human Resource Dep with business objectives and delivering the HR services to the company. 2- Develops, Updates and ensure the implementation of appropriate HR policies and procedures to meet the company needs of the business strategy. 3- Develops, Revises and updates company's job description for all job assignment. 4- Develops the performance appraisal system with its KPIs & targets, ensure the implementation of all KPIs. 5- Identifies, Develops and deliver training program that support leadership initiative & employees development. 6- Coordinates with training vendors to provide an appropriate training program 7- Develops full recruitment cycle activities in order to attract talents who meet business requirements. 8- Leads TPM training & education pillar in order to improve the company culture.
