- Responsible for KPI/SLA achievement (Field Maintenance and Rollout/Revision Contracts)- Responsible for administrative and financial issues of the region (rent of warehouses and offices, invoices, orders and purchases)- Responsible for the technical base of the region as vehicles, tools and spare parts- EHS responsible (work performance of 200 + employees in accordance of EHS regulations)- Effective leading of Almaty region team

- Work with network operators- Data collection, monitoring of news and updates from customers- Preparation of data for discussion and participation in bidding- Definition of details and risks of new tenders - Service cost calculation- Business case preparation- Organize meetings and workshops for customers
