Scope Responsibilities: -● Tally Accounting and GST registration, vendor management, day to day bill filling and maintaining tax ledger.●Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.● Maintain Bank Reconciliation statement and Reconciliation of Debtors & Creditors.● Assist with the preparation of tax returns.● Assisting senior accountants in the preparation of yearly closings.● Performing reconciliation, updating accounts payable and receivable, and issuing invoices.● Updating financial data in databases to ensure the accuracy of the information.● Processing financial entries to ensure a proper recording of all business transactions.● To record accounting transactions related to receivables & Payables and to ensure accounts area accurately maintained.● Maintaining records like Vouchers, bills, receipts and payments.● Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.● Proven ability to quickly learn and use new technologies and tools.
