 Specializes in expediting critical materials, including static equipment such as pressure vessels (Drums, Columns, Reactors, and Air coolers), Steel structures, and machinery equipment such as API & ASME Pumps, Diesel generators, Compressors, and dryers. Proficient in handling Piping materials (welded, seamless, and RTR), Valves, Electrical and Instrumentation materials, as well as non-project materials. Expediting with vendor for critical document submission(GAD, Data sheet, P& ID’s etc.) in accordance with SDR agreed schedule Expedite with the Project, Engineering(RE) and QC Team for approval documents such as drawing, ITP, Vendor Assessment or Evaluation documents, Inspection report etc. Expedite the supplier to get the progress report and update the material readiness status, Inspection date, Fabrication Schedule, Internal inspection report, Client Inspection, Quantity documents Etc. Expediting with Supplier about the Sub-Order status, Material Readiness(Raw Materials), Detailed Production Scheduled, Inspection of material dispatches of material Etc. Ensure approval of all supplier documents(Crtical Document) before inspection. Identify any supply issues which may impact on the project schedule and report to the management. Expedite supplier to get the dispatched material timely delivery with right quality, quantity and right Place. Verify and collecting dispatched documents (Packing List, Inspection Release Certificates, Certificate Of Origin, Shipping Mark, Waybill Etc)  Expedite with suppliers and collect the all respective Material Test Certificates and Quality Documents prior to shipping process Expediting with logistic for dispatch according to the Incoterms & Closely coordinate with vendor and forwarder for logistics arrangement. Collecting transporters communication matrix for material tracking. Reviewing, Reconciliation and recording all Purchase Invoices(Milestones) & share the report to respective project team in timely manner.

► Monitor and Expedite Purchase Order execution from Order Acknowledgement up to delivery of equipment to site for inside kingdom and outside Kingdom purchase order.► Responsible for expediting of project materials on time with right quality.► Co-ordination with engineering department for drawing/document approvals, with QC for inspection & with logistics for material shipment.► Effective coordination of inspection activities in arranging the inspectors at vendors and sub-vendor premises.►Frequency of expediting visit to vendor place by weekly to monitor the project progress.► Conduct biweekly meeting with client, shop visit to monitor the fabrication progress and to prepare furthering reports to project management.► Following up the inspection notifications (STN) for the witness points, as per the approved ITP.► Conducting the review meeting periodically with suppliers to ensure the project is on right track.► Issuing shipping file to Logistics, if the shipment is Ex-works & Resolve custom clearance issues by supporting to logistic department.► Coordinates materials and assists in the logistics, shipment and receipt at construction site.► Updating of order status periodically in SAP (Based on the criticality of items).► Submitting weekly status reports for complete Project P.O’s to Project managers review.► Resolving discrepancies such as Unsatisfactory, Over/Short supplied or damaged goods receipt by coordination with vendor to replace the damage or missing equipment on priority.► Evaluating vendor performance and provide feedback to Purchase department.

► Coordinate, and monitor the status and supply of all assigned purchase orders and sub orders to available for fabrication according to the project schedule.► Managing project specific materials and equipment purchases including sourcing, maintaining vendor relations, ordering and tracking deliveries and receiving up to processing invoices.► Reviewing engineering deliverable; initiate appropriate corrective actions throughout the project schedule.► Interacting daily with the clients for fabrication status updates and representing them in the workshop.► Provided full support as required by the Management and PMT for all projects.► Preparing project schedule to submit for client review (EPC contractor).► Clearly report on project status to the project manager’s review on weekly basis.
