• Managed more than 20 LingoJunior class per week to ensure every class were able to run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
• Maintaining high-quality service and obtaining customer cooperation to ensure a positive class experience.
• Created spreadsheets to support LingoJunior Business Operations team’s daily task and to automate tutor’s fee calculation.
• Supported LingoJunior B2C team in presenting and informing customers about Lingo's campaign to encourage them to purchase or repurchase classes to generate more revenue.
