Shantibari is an impact-first organization for women based in Dhaka, Bangladesh that promotes women’s mental well-being, legal empowerment, and economic empowerment through a range of impactful activities. We believe in creating an equitable world, and we work towards achieving this through our various programs and initiatives. Our programs cater to women of all backgrounds in Bangladesh and beyond, with a special focus on working women of different age groups and their needs. At Shantibari, we remain steadfast in our commitment to empowering women, creating a more equitable world, and driving positive change.

Feminist Factor Shantibari is an organization for women who are in dire need of help and support regarding mental health and legal matters. It's also a safe and homely place for girls and women to have quality time and networking. Shantibari is a big family where my part falls into peer counseling support, and my job is pretty rewarding for me as I've been keen to work in the development sector with an impact.
