Shantibari is an impact-first organization for women based in Dhaka, Bangladesh that promotes women’s mental well-being, legal empowerment, and economic empowerment through a range of impactful activities. Established in July 2022 as a sister concern of Feminist Factor (2020), Shantibari is now an independent entity committed to supporting women's mental health, providing legal aid, reinforcing information services, and nurturing women-led entrepreneurship. We believe in creating an equitable world, and we work towards achieving this through our various programs and initiatives. Our mission is to empower women through education, advocacy, and support, enabling them to achieve their full potential and lead fulfilling lives.
