Noboprobhaat Foundation is a youth-led, rights-based nonprofit organization based in Rangpur, Bangladesh. Founded in 2018 by marginalized diverse youth, our mission is to build a just and inclusive society where all individuals—regardless of gender, identity, or background—can live with dignity, equality, and freedom from violence.
We work with rural, indigenous, and gender-diverse communities through an intersectional feminist approach, addressing structural inequalities in access to rights, opportunities, and services. Our core programs focus on:

🔹 Economic empowerment through skills training and entrepreneurship
🔹 Gender-based violence prevention and legal support
🔹 Inclusive governance and youth civic engagement
🔹 Crisis response in climate-affected and disaster-prone areas
Through grassroots leadership, storytelling, and community advocacy, we aim to shift harmful norms, empower excluded voices, and promote systems that are people-centered, feminist, and transformative.
Noboprobhaat collaborates with national and global partners to strengthen inclusive development and shift power to those most excluded. We believe in building a just, equitable society where everyone can live with dignity, freedom, and opportunity.
