IT professional with excellent technical and customer management skills handling complex technical deployment, pre-sales, post sales and Enterprise accounts support issues pertaining to Forcepoint Web security Cloud,Hybrid and On-premise deployments focusing on ensuring a positive customer experience with zero-minimum level business impact.Previously, Security operations engineer at Riyadh,KSA for a Banking regulatory authority under the govt. of KSA involving complete management of the Data center and Network security design, deployment and Management of security operations.Prior to, was a member of Cloud Network Design team at Accenture, my primary focus is on the Design and Implementation of an major ISP's customer cloud infrastructure hosted within the ISP Datacenter environment.As Administrator - Network at Microland Ltd, key role involved handling the Network Change management, performing successful and flawless implementation of major, minor and standard network change requirements for a fortune top-10 client with zero downtime as per ITIL standards.My continuous contribution to the network domain throughout my academic career has enabled me to deliver my best to do what i love i.e Networking.Prior to Network Change management, my dynamism also enabled me to perform Application packaging for Windows 7 migration with hands on experience with various packaging tools.At my free time, I love to write poems, go an a random unplanned long drive, spend quality time with friends and family.
