With support of 5 HR business partners and 5 recruiters, we partner with stakeholders to deliver on key strategic decisions by providing HR solutions around business problems (being the biggest cost contributor).Talent acquisition – innovation in hiring for seasonal ramp ups and effective retention.Talent development – Improve productivity, capability building.Talent management – organization design and effective succession planning.Employee Engagement – retention of key talent and overall employee motivation.Analyse people processes, data and trends to make recommendations to management team for continuous Improvement.Responsible for end-to-end PMS Activity. Oversee the performance management cycle to ensure processes like data validation, objective settings, counselling and feedback are completed in the system within agreed timelinesDrive recognition program with a view to motivate, reward and retain performers.Drive consistency in performance management and compensation alignment with market competitiveness, and ensures internal equity within the teamPartner with managers on individual employee performance improvement plans

Oversee new hire training programs for Business Development team including: assessing the training needs of representatives, selecting presenters, developing schedules, and conducting sessionsCreate training programs for existing sales representatives, including job aides, class content, and training materialsDevelop product training curriculum in conjunction with Product organization including product certification programs to determine the effectiveness of the trainingConsult with internal customers (i.e. product managers, sales managers, etc.) to understand existing and on-going training needs for the teamMentor and coach sales managers so that they can implement sales training as part of their role
