These units have a total turnover of Rs.1600 Crs.(USD 240 M). Due to various initiatives, we worked to raise the operating margin by over 3% with a corresponding improvement in free cashflows. • In GCL also worked as Head - Corporate Planning for 5 years, in charge of strategic business analysis, investment planning, budgeting and MIS.I completed two overseas acquisitions for the group.• Prior to this, was working with Siemens AG (6 years) in infrastructure finance advisory - providing structured financing for telecoms and other business lines in India and S. Asia.
