It was a great experience with company, I have worked as a H.O.D. (Head of Department) at BCL Industries Ltd. Unit Ghubaya, Jalalabad West, Fazilka, Punjab, India. I have worked independently in the company. I have handle the erection, commissioning 21tph AFBC boiler, rice mill, 125tpd edible oil refinery and wax plant and maintenance of the plant while in operation successfully. After that we have been transferred to BCL industries Ltd Village Sangat Kalan, Bathinda, Punjab India. It's a its a 200 KL distillation and ethanol plant respectively and also a 60Tph vibrating grate boi mass boiler.

I have joined this industry for near to my home. The company was much growing in technology and achieving goals. I have worked here on paper machine and pulp mill and also i am the part of projects like oxygen plant erection commission, TRP erection commission after that i have done the erection of Allimand paper machine and stock also.

It was great experience with this company, environment was very good. I have worked on many sites through Turbotech engineers. It was a project based subsidiary company of Isgec heavy engineering. I have grab the much experience of boiler and chp projects as well as maintenance work experience also. I have worked on many sites like BKT tyres, Saro Power Ltd. Nirma Ltd.

i have started my career as a trainee engineer in this company, and i have got my first promotion in this company. it was a power plant and rice mill industry.
