CurrentProduct Leader for APIs, enabling the adoption of API First approach at Schneider Electric. Driving Product Strategy, Product Roadmap, Development and Implementation for API ecosystem at Schneider. Product Development: Owner of product roadmap, engaging with stakeholders across various domains and geographies to put together a value-stream based approach for development, and oversee product delivery. Portfolio Management: Manage the group as a well-oiled unit, responsible for financial health, team building, growth, and skills development. Responsible for vendor alignment and executing partnerships for innovative solutions. Agility Implementation: Implement agility across multiple teams spread across various locations. Analyze and implement Scrum or Kanban based on work model. Implement SAFE release planning that allows teams to plan quarterly releases considering various dependencies across the group. Platform Operations: Maintaining a healthy and secure platform with a high uptime of 99.99% and enabling various teams across Schneider to expose their functionality and data using the platform.
