Closing and reopening PO’s. Regular follow up with the suppliers for Order confirmations. Solving customer and vendor queries by raising service requests in Aravo or Support Central. Invoice resolution (disputed invoices which are under block with price and quantity), 2 Way Match, 3 Way Match and advise the Accounts Payable team to release the Payments.  Setting up and maintaining Suppliers in ARAVO Also responsible for validating paper and electronic telecommunications invoices for: accuracy of charges, payments applied, electronic loading for final client approval, and meeting the time frames established for monthly payment of invoices
