As a Project Engineer at BRIGHTON COUNCIL, I manage and deliver various infrastructure and sustainability projects, such as road upgrades, stormwater management, energy efficiency initiatives, and renewable energy installations. I work with multiple stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, community groups, and government agencies, to ensure the projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. I also contribute to the development and implementation of the council's asset management plan, capital planning, long term financial plan, and budgeting processes. I have a Master of Engineering degree from Deakin University, where I specialized in both Engineering/Industrial Management and Electrical and Renewable Energy Engineering. I have a strong background and interest in asset management, engineering project management, local government and renewable energy. I am a graduate member of Engineers Australia and a member of IPWEA, where I serve as a YIPWEA Rep for the TAS Division. I have also earned a Professional Certificate in Asset Management Planning from IPWEA. I am passionate about applying my engineering skills and knowledge to create positive social and environmental impacts in the local government sector.
