As a Client Partner at Noventiq, I help clients leverage cloud solutions to optimize their business processes and achieve their goals. I manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads, to negotiating and closing deals, to ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver customized cloud services that meet the clients' needs and expectations.Before joining Noventiq, I worked as a Sales Specialist and a Business Development Manager at QBS Learning, a leading provider of educational content and solutions. There, I sourced new sales opportunities, engaged with existing client accounts, and worked closely with subject matter experts and other internal teams to build winnable service solutions. I also assisted and participated in developing responses to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs. I have a strong educational background in Anthropology, with a minor in Economics, from Hansraj College, where I also served as the Editorial Head of SGA Hansraj, a student-run magazine.I am passionate about learning new skills and expanding my knowledge, as well as sharing it with others. I love to read and cook, and I volunteer regularly for social good causes. I strive to constantly educate, refine, and drive myself to be a better person and a better professional.
