The Group has an overall balance sheet size of more than USD 5 Billion, Revenue of USD 2 Billion and is focussed in Telecom Infrastructure and Network Services space.As the Group CFO, my primary responsibilities are Group’s overall financial planning, capital structuring of various companies, long term equity, mezzanine and debt fund raising, financial closure for the new projects, Mergers & Acquisitions, Investor Relations, Treasury and Banking relationships.My role involves closely working along with bankers, investment bankers, consultants, regulators, law firms and domain experts to lead an active co-ordination of synergies for various turnkey, top-level assignments in India, Singapore, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Middle-East and Mauritius.
