As a Quality Assurance Manager at The NARMCO Group, I lead a team of engineers and supervisors to ensure the quality and reliability of our products and processes. I oversee the development and implementation of quality standards, policies, and procedures, as well as the testing, inspection, and validation of our components. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any quality issues, conduct audits, and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.I have a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering Co-op from the University of Windsor, where I gained valuable hands-on experience in product design, analysis, and simulation using Siemens NX software. I also have multiple certifications in Computer-Aided Designing (CAD) and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) from DesignTech Systems. I am passionate about applying my engineering skills and knowledge to create innovative and efficient solutions that meet customer needs and expectations. My goal is to advance my career in the quality assurance field and contribute to the success and growth of the NARMCO Group.
