Sourcing the product, then connecting with the vendors for RFQ, contracting and acquisition of goods and services. Negotiating lowest possible cost for material , balanced against optimum quality and schedule needs.Experience in sourcing the material through tender floating process.Release of Purchase orders or Agreement to the vendors after vendor Registration process.Built and maintain the relationship with the suppliers constantly.Keeping the track of PO & Logistic movement of material until the PO closure.Conducting the weekly procurement meeting with the operation team and Suppliers with Open PO and submitting the weekly reports to the manager.Organize the final documents with the vendor to get the approval for the final payment.

Facilitate the shipping of products from one destionation to another.Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay. Receives products and coordinates delivery & Prepares loads for shipment.If necessary takes steps to avoid quality control issues.Maintain detailed and accurate logistics data for daily, weekly, and quarterly reports including usage metrics, customer issues and resolutions, work logs, and schedule documentation.Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible.Communicate with various other departments as needed to create comprehensive schedules for business processes such as sales shipping, and accounting tasks. Makes sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels & Oversees inventory of goods and vehicles.Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met.Ensure carriers, shipping and receiving personnel, and other logistical areas comply with safety standards and legal requirements.
