CurrentScope of work being managed for LOB’s - Line of Businesses (Food,InstaMart, Dineout, Genie, Mini’s, Mall and Steppinout). Merchandising - ATL & BTL (On app & Off App)A. End to End design, content, imagery, visual effects execution for merch planning with respect to BAU, Festive campaings and Experential campaings.B. Liasing with merchandising, product design, product ops, design ops, business finance and configuration’s stakeholders for campaing go-live.C. Post identifying new realestate, scaling the widget PAN INDIA from 10x to 100x in lightning speed owing to ad’s revenue. -Catering to new product launches and existing product upgrades.-Implemented projects on basic six sigma principles and kaizen using methodologies such as DMAIC/DMADV, for all the above mentioned business service lines.-Analysing campaing performance through impresions converting to CTR’s and CVR’s. Closely working with traffic distribution and merchandising stakeholders to plan and execute monetised assets for CPC’s and CPV’s conversions, colabratively setting and achieving business metrics and milestones. -Managing agency payments & contracts owing to outsourced work liasing with legal and business finance stakeholders.-4+ years of learning and experiencing the backend adrenaline for putting up user interface and experience for consumers seeking urban conveniences on their finger tips. -While working towards achieving business goals, establishing colabration between multiple stakeholders and business teams has been the key to my sucess in delivering record breaking projects contributing to revenue and growth.
