I would define myself as a pioneer because I always like trying new things and going past the boundaries. As an elementary school kid, I moved to U.S.A, which was a whole new environment for me since I’ve never been to a foreign country before that. Nevertheless, I had to live here even when I couldn’t speak English. Even then, I didn’t stay in my comfort zone. I reached out to get help from teachers to adjust better and tried making friends in a strange environment. The whole process wasn’t easy for me but I knew that I wouldn’t develop if I just stay in my comfort zone. Ever since that period in my life, I am not afraid to jump into new environment and start something new. One of the big steps that I took in my life is working at an English Institution when I don’t have any teaching experience nor work experience. I wanted to try teaching because it suited my personality well. I enjoy helping others with all the power and find it pleasurable to see them get better at something via my help. I was afraid to take the job but afterwards, I was really satisfied with it. Throughout my career in accounting, I try my hardest to keep the mindset to step outside my comfort zone and see where life takes me.
