Managing and participating in due diligence engagements and leading engagements which are complexand EY client critical;Analysing financial/operational results of target companies by reviewing their accounting records andconducting interviews with management;Analysing financial/operational results and business valuation of target companies by reviewing theiraccounting records andconducting interviews with management;Preparing/evaluating pro forma financial information and performing research on industry andorganization;Reviewing the work of staff and senior employees and conducting timely performance reviews for staffand senior employees.

Closing of month/ quarter end books by ensuring all Invoices, unbilled, revenue and cost, transferspricing, and others financial parameters are taken into consideration on monthly basis.Preparation and ownership of Entity P&L. Measuring and reporting resource utilization & realization,revenue mix post the month/ quarter end to be BU leadership supporting them in the decision making.Building proposals and structuring deals which is commercially viable, complies with regulatoryrequirements and mitigates the financial and commercial risk. Drive price on new orders; manage &advise price-book and structure T&C's to maximize Revenue.Review and analysis of Debts (billed/unbilled) liquidity point of view. Highlighting and supportingmitigation on the risks identified.Coordinating & participating in the annual Planning and budgeting exercises of revenue, cost &margins. Directing the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process, facilitating relevantstakeholders to achieve agreed targets, ensuring these are in line with wider Group objectives.Responsible for the Complete Revenue Accounting of the SBU, reviewing customer arrangements forproper revenue recognition in accordance with company policy and revenue recognition standards andworking with controllership and auditors on acceptance of the revenue dispositions and JE posting.Preparation of monthly MIS reports on revenue, costs and order booking for the management.

Direct tax & Companies Act Compliances.Income-tax provisioning, computation and filing the tax return for Individuals and corporates;Filing annual return, financials& forms as per The Companies Act, 2013 with the ROC;Drafting Directors’ Report, AOC–2, MGT–14, AGM notices, and other relevant documentation forconducting AGM of the companies &compilation of post AGM documentation;Filing PF returns on monthly basis and coordinating with the client for payment of PF collected on behalfof the employees.
