Project Executed -:1. Raw Mill and Coal Mill Separator Modification - In order to increase production and reduce the residue, we replace the exisiting separators of both Loesche supplied Raw Mill (VRM) and FLSmidth supplied Coal Mill (VRM) with new latest generation separators.

Projects Executed -:1. AFR Utilization in new 6000 TPD Clinkerization Plant - A new 10 TPH capacity AFR (Alternate fuel and Raw Material) handling system to feed in line Calciner of 6 Stage pre heater. 2. Use of power efficient raw material grinding of new plant (VRM) to feed old plant - A raw meal transfer system to transfer excess raw meal from new line to old line and thereby saving power.3. Wagon loading machine modification - Solved the problem of stacking 13 bags in wagon by modifying side plates of wagon loading machines thereby increasing utilization of wagons.4. Ball and Pipe Shed - A new shed with dimensions of 288 m (L) X 100 m (W) X 30 m (H) to cover LS stockpile to prevent moisture in raw material thereby preventing choking of material in chutes.5. Open wagon loading system - A new system with complete routing of belt conveyors and construction of silo on rail track to load clinker into open wagons.
