From a inbound and pre-sales phase to project management / from design to delivery my role is much of a account manager or client service. My ultimate objective is retaining existing client, building more trust and exploring more opportunitiesAt the back drop - together with my team, coordinating with different functional crew members to ensure smooth execution and delivery is done within set timelines.

1. Ensuring smooth launch of continuous and concurrent projects across 5 countries, which includes over 20 tracking study and 30 DIPs pilot2. Consistent, streamlined and centralized project management practice.3. Understanding all stakeholders’ pain points, and creating a system catering to all unfulfilled and unmet needs.4. Identifying inefficiencies in the current process and recommending ideal process flows across different departments and client across all locations globally.5. Process management: Mapping out process handovers, creating check-lists, use of scheduling and resource management tools etc. for effective project management and monitoring timely and error free deliverable.

1. Client retention and expansion:Responsible for relationship building and client engagement with an objective of generating more revenue from existing account. Assist the sales or business development team to win new contracts. 2. Team Management: a) Managing a team of 15 to 20 associates, aligning the resources to relevant research, b) range of responsibility begins from team selection, project detailing and completion of the assignment in the stipulated time framec) Training to the subordinates on the domain knowledge, necessary tools (like MS Office) relevant to the research project3. Driving Productivity: Data collection through PAPI and CAPI for various industry-specific like IT, Finance, Telecommunication, Healthcare and Retail verticals across India4. Process Improvement:Assist to take important business decisions (like hiring, Incentives distribution etc) and improving the system to attain client and employee satisfaction5. Supporting Business Developmenttagging along with sales personal to address technical queries related to methodology, activation , implementation and delivery.
