• Part of Technology Infrastructure Network Engineering team within Technology & Operations that provides strategy, design, engineering, and level-3 operational support for Corporate environment. • Supporting a diverse array of technologies from routing, switching, data center, security, and optimization technologies.• Senior Network Engineer with a focus on Data Center, Co-locations, Perimeter security solutions as well as traditional routing and switching.• Develop and deliver the network security solutions required for our on-premises environments as well as to support the firm’s direction to move to the Cloud. The scope will also include providing solutions for Internet and third-party connectivity as well as for the segmentation of the corporate network.• Lead and contribute to the setting of technical strategies and standards, the delivery of Network Engineering projects and provide level-3 technical support across the global network infrastructure.

• Managing Co-location and Datacenter infrastructure for Comcast Xfinity TV Platform.• Troubleshooting and escalation management of day-to-day issues for Datacenter.• Design and configuring of ISIS, OSPF, BGP and HSRP on Juniper Routers and SRX Firewalls. • Security policy review and configuration in JuniperSRX Firewall in Datacenter.• Experience working with JuniperSRX for Enterprise wide security policies management.• Configuring & managing around 500+ Network & Security Devices that includes Cisco Nexus & Arista Switches, Juniper MX Series Routers, JuniperSRX Firewalls, A10 Load balancers.• Installing, configuring, and maintaining Cisco Nexus Switches (Nexus 7k,6k,5k,3k &2k), Arista 7504 and 7280 Series switches and Juniper MX Routers.• Operations and management of A10 load balancers.• Managing day to day Network Operations for fulfilling business objectives and processes.• Regular upgrade and maintenance of Infrastructure including Cisco & Arista Switches, Juniper Routers and Firewalls, Nexus 7k,5k & 2k and A10 loadbalancers.• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed.• Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards to remain abreast of developments in the networking industry.• Create and maintain documentation and Visio diagrams as it relates to network configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records.• Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information.• Oversee new and existing equipment, hardware, and software upgrades.

• Strong experience on Routing, Switching, Telecommunication and MPBN.• Strong experience on Cisco, Juniper, Redback and Extreme devices.• Switching technologies like VLAN, Inter-VLAN Routing, Ether-channel, VTP, MLS, HSRP, VRRP, UDLD, Spanning Tree Protocol 802.1d, 802.1s and 802.1w.• Experience of IP/MPLS/Optical Transmission network for access transport & back haul network to facilitate 2/3/4G Network.• Understanding of mobile backhaul network on IP, Ethernet, ATM, PW & TDM.• Knowledge of BTS/ BSC/ NB/ RNC integration on IP network, MPBN integration with SGSN/GGSN including the interfaces like Gi/Gn/Gb/Iub/Gy/Gx/IuPS/IuCS• Understanding of 2/3G services and traffic flow.• Troubleshooting and management Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, Redback and Extreme devices.• Troubleshooting and management of NetScreen and SRX Firewalls.• Excellent knowledge and hands on experience on IGP IP routing i.e. OSPF/ ISIS/ RIP/ EIGRP.• Excellent knowledge and hands on experience on BGP Routing.

• Handled escalated queries pertaining to McAfee VirusScan, McAfee Firewall, McAfee Anti-abuse and Anti-Spam applications. • Provided remote assistance for the removal of viruses, trojans and potentially unwanted programs i.e. adwares, spywares and malwares. • Analysis of system logs and product logs for vulnerability assessment.• Client interaction on weekly basis regarding escalated queries, new issues and providing feedback, end-user complaints etc. • Preparing reports for escalated issues and track sheet for the escalation team. • Assisting tier-1 technicians for technical issues for McAfee products.
