CurrentBatch Credit Service project to support the TU core business of credit score reporting for USA region. Batch Fulfillment provides customers and with high volume batch fulfillment of TU’s credit products (FCRA, GLBA, and non FCRA). It included 6+ criticl application with 2400+ jobs and 800 billion records processed per year.Environment: Java UI, Java Batch, Ab InitioAssigned Role: Project Delivery ManagerRoles and Responsibilities: Managing four offshore scrum team of total 40 people. Responsible for offshore delivery. Vendor management was part of my job in the past, later shifted the entire operations from vendor to our own organization. Managing PI planning, working with all teams for smooth PI planning and later drill it down to sprint planning. Keeping an all-time eye in sprint delivery. Making sure nothing spills over on sprint-to-sprint basis. Working with product and scrum organizations for planning and execution. Part of batch leadership team. Managing individual’s expectation and keeping them motivated. Keeping one-to-one with them on a periodic basis and taking care of their career. Doing yearly appraisal for the entire team. Stakeholder management. Part of TU GIC offshore leadership team.
