I have 16+ years of QA experience focusing on all aspects of the Testing lifecycle , right from delivering exceptional test strategies to end to end QA Management. I have strong understanding and experience of traditional delivery approaches of System Testing, System Integration, User Acceptance, Test Automation and Performance testing to Quality Engineering working in product teams. I have 8+ years of QA leadership experience, including overall QA Delivery, as well as 9+ years of working in direct customer facing roles managing QA delivery for multiple strategic programmes.I currently lead and manage a team of 80+ QA professionals across working across geographies, technologies and business domains. I'm accountable for providing a Managed Test Service which excels in functional, test automation, performance testing, and UAT management built on strong foundations of stakeholder management, ensuring robust QA delivery aligning with the dynamic needs of our clients and setting industry benchmarks.I also work closely with customers to define and implement strategic QA initiatives to delivery process optimisation and increase efficiency, via a QA Transformation roadmap focussing on Technology, People and Process.
