• Sales Data Quality in CRM – Continuous Review and Upkeep of CRM records; Work with Sales, Partner Dev and Customer Success Team to ensure CRM records are being updated and desired Data quality levels are maintained.• Conduct Monthly CRM Audits and publish report to Management.• Sales Analytics – Lead Trends, Conversions, Win-Loss Analysis, Customer Lifetime Value• Sales MIS & Performance Report – Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly• Invoice & Billing; Account Reconciliation & Collection• Contracting & Documentation with end-user/Partner• Maintain Log of all License keys issued• Maintain and Update of Sales Content and Collateral and Centralized Sales Repository• Maintain and update Company Factsheet and Financials for responding to RFPs/RFIs etc.• Maintain and update RFP responsePricing Support• Ensure Sales Process Adherence, Drive Sales Process Improvement, adoption of Sales SOP & process and governance• Maintain and Update Sales Issue Log• Support Sales Campaign• Support Sales Proposal and Presentation Development• Provide business's sales, customer success and partner development teams with the resources they need to close more deals and/or ensure customer retention and/or renewals. These resources include content, tools, knowledge, and information to effectively sell the product.• Co-ordinate with Internal Sales, Marketing, Product & Finance team as required for efficient functioning, Act as a liaison between the sales, marketing, and product teams, and senior management.• Achieving Target, KPIs and Metrics as assigned
