Drive the discussion and agree detailed Synergy targets for new acquisitions (using Due Diligence reports and detailed discussions with the M&A Team).Lead the Pune team to track performance against each synergy target (Compensation & Benefits, Real Estate, Information Technology, Other SG&A) through business review calls supported by detailed analytics of e.g. staff movements and expenses.Own the newly developed ASTRA tool (synergy calculation and reporting tool).Update the synergy model in Prophix including the revised forecast monthly.Prepare Board and Lender Presentation slides related to synergies.

Support accounting functions within the Rebates and Incentives (R&I) accounting process.Support transition of R&I accounting and payments processing work.R&I payment validation and processing function.Review executed contracts and create customers, deals and incentives in Mastercard Contra Revenue System (CRS)Prepare and review general ledger account reconciliations.Maintain deal workbooks and report periodically on deal performances.Prepare period-by-period analysis and explain significant account variances.Identify and prepare manual journal entries through the analysis of close results, trends and actual to budget/forecast.Keep abreast of changes in accounting requirements to ensure ongoing compliance.
