Working as L1 - Support Engineer and providing high-quality technical support for the various inbuild application to users across the World through email, phone interactions, chats, desktop sharing with users and by using incident tracking system. The job involves handling and resolving complex technical and functional queries from user across the globe.

*Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary*Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention*Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps*Participation in providing training to customers as required

• Respond to customer enquiries through mail and telephone for software realted issues.• Oversee and follow-up on open customer issues.• Develope customer relationship through dependable and accurate interactions.• Deliver company products and licenses to customers.• Travel to customer sites for high profile issues resolution and sometimes for softwareinstallation.• Training of software handling to customers.• Inform client functionality request or software change request to development team.• Manage resolutions to known issues.• Deliver Per day report to Service manager and production manager
