• More than 2.5 years of experience in pre-commissioning/commissioning activities of Paraxylene-4 plant at RIL Jamnagar. Commissioning experience involves- Inspection of distillation columns, storage tanks, vessels. Mechanical clearance of the piping loops, Hydrotest & flushing of the piping loops, Techtiv-500 solvent handling, ethylene handling, charging of hydrocarbon lines and commissioning of tanks. Also prepared various inspection checklists, commissioning documents, SOPs.• Involved and coordinated the “Pre start-up safety review” of newly commissioned facilities.• Successfully completed 01 year GET training in alkylation plant at RIL Jamnagar. Training activities involved: HSEF training, study of PFD, P&ID and operation manual, Work permit training, In alkylation plant, I also got an opportunity to involve in the shutdown activities of Alkylation reactor area and "Sulphuric acid regeneration" area.
