Monitoring, steering & controlling of outdoor sales activities & reporting. Increase penetration of SWC Special products and simultaneously improve commodity basket. Ensure quality service from contracted third party service providers as per agreed SLA & KPIs. Represent SWC interests in market mainly with forwarders, customers, providers, authorities, suppliers & stakeholders. Visit cargo customers to maintain & enlarge actual business share. Arrange regular quality & security meetings with handling agents based on monthly station QR & take corrective actions whenever needed. Be recognized as firm and fairleader, motivating team, setting ambitious and realistic goals for local organization and for individual team members. Perform yearly appraisals with staff, support team with up to date training. Maintain optimal information flow within own organization, management & central services group. Participate in meetings at HDQ & within the region. Represent Swiss image whenever requested (events & meetings)
