Counseling: One to one interaction with the youths to mould them towards Livelihood and explaining them about the advantages of this program.. Training and Placements: • Training-- To prepare them in different fields like Communicative English, Life Skills, Work Readiness Module, Computers Network, Architecture, Information Technology Enabled Service etc.• Placements – Contacting Potential Employers (Dominos, NPR Projects, Sony Authorized Service Center, ADECO Pvt. Ltd., Digitals India Security Product Pvt. Ltd.,Karvy Soft Pvt. Ltd., Onicra Pvt.Ltd. Etc. Team Management: • Managing team members in there day to day work.• Encouraging team members for their achievements • Proper guidance given to every team member about the work process Office Management and Administrative Work: All Type of Administrative work in centerFile management and Documentation.Reporting About the day to day process work in the center to head office
