Responsibilities : Perform end to end quality control checks to ensure the quality of delivery to the client. Understanding the requirement of the client, checking the feasibility of the requirement and preparing the approach note.  Participation in meetings with a client for requirement discussion for freezing and finalising the requirement. Identified defects, reported them and interacted with the development team for resolution. Conducting root cause analysis on production issues/queries. Contributed for increasing FTR (First time resolution) from 60% to 75% such that defect cycle were reduced. Worked closely with customers, internal staff and other stakeholders to determine planning, implementation and integration of system-oriented projects. Participated in agile methodology in few requirements.
