Current• Process customer submitted disconnect kit recovery requests to ensure prompt recovery in line with the End to End customer disconnects process & SLA's.• Ongoing tracking of progress, throughput and issues, creating reporting.• Ensure business systems are updated with relevant details relating to collection of the kit.• Maintaining good working relationship with 3rd party suppliers/vendors and resolve queries in a prompt manner.• Contributes to development of processes & procedures associated with retrieval of CPE equipment.• Raising and releasing customer submitted disconnects orders for redundant products/services.
