Responsibilities:-Cash Reconciliation Statement i.e. Inward & Outward Statement.Maintain Inventory Record on ComputerStock Reconciliation Statement.Stock Inward & Outward as per PO And Allocation.Petty Cash Management & Cash book Reconciliation.Cash Handling & Preparation of Day Book.General A/c related work such as preparation of vouchers, record Keeping and accounting transactions.Generating Sales Invoices.Client Reconciliation Statement.Prepare & finalize GST ReturnsFollow Up with Local Bank for Banking Transaction.Client & Vender Interaction & making follow-up for Payments.Making Reports as per Management Requirement.Works as Bridge with HO and Branch.

• Coordinate the activities of Document Control, including distribution of documents, tracking and reporting on document review progress Work independently to facilitate company activities.• Manage archival activities for controlled documents and validation files.• Assist with the implementation, management and administration of the department electronic document management system.• Review and proofread documents for consistency of document format and system concerns.• Maintain procedures for maintaining documents and change control of documents• Complies and maintain control records to verify completeness and accuracy of data.• Perform general entries like generating invoices etc.• Help admin staff when require.
