• Conducting end-to-end recruitment in the organization.• Responsible for sourcing candidates, interview scheduling, rolling out their offers, Exit Interviews etc.• Mid-Level & IT Sourcing from different portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Monster and for Bulk Hiring sourcing from Quikr, Apna Jobs, Job Hai, Hirect, indeed.• Successfully on boarded employees into the company• Ensuring that the salaries of all employees are distributed on time.• Coordinating with the accounts department for salary calculation• Creating MIS reports• Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for positions and conducting analysis of the existing level of competencies.• Attendance Management• Stakeholder Management• Managing internal employee database through Pocket HRMS.• Handling employee grievances at all the level.

• Developing talent pool of profiles through Naukri, LinkedIn, and Shine.• Proper follow up with candidates• Campus Recruitment• Follow up with Clients• Managing Walk-in for Clients• Following up pending payments from Clients.

• Attendance Management• Vendor Hiring• Screening and short listing through F2F and Telephonic round of discussion.• Rollout of the offer letter and disclosing the CTC Components to shortlisted candidates.• Joining formalities including dispatching offer & appointment letters, for the all the new joiners in our branch.• Posting job of different position in various portal. Coordinating with Recruitment Firms for the interview lineups & providing timely feedback to them.• Dealing with employee complaints and grievances.
