I'm one of the lead developers at Qualzy, which is a feature rich cloud-based research platform that promotes high levels of engagement and provides quality insights. From front-end to backend, it involves a diverse set of technologies which makes the role challenging, but also interesting. We also have a team of on-site as well as off-site/remote workers belonging to different regions/backgrounds and working in their own timezones, which needs good time management and communication skills.

I was working as a Technical Lead in E-Zone Web & Network Services. As part of my job, I was responsible for undertaking and supervising development in Microsoft .NET, PHP and Wordpress. Me and my team worked on several projects for different industries but broadly, we developed software for schools, universities and property dealers.

I was the manager of the firm but I also undertook several software and website development projects. We also had a dedicated server to host the websites of our clients and that entire server was under my supervision. As far as development is concerned, I worked on several projects in Microsoft.NET and PHP. Our customers were from different sectors i.e. furniture stores, vehicle inventory management, Saloons, financial and mortgaging industry, wedding planners, home appliances' dealers, restaurants and medicine.

I was a Software Developer in ProPeersInfo Services Pvt. Ltd. I worked in both .NET and PHP along with a couple of frameworks, namely CodeIgniter (in PHP) and DOTNETNUKE (.NET). Real-estate and Banking were the two main industries for which I developed the software products. Virtual Laboratory and Hospital Management were also the sectors I touched upon.
