Credit Manager.•Access accounts receivable system (SAP) to retrieve customer invoice information & record customer response details on a timely basis for each customer interaction.•Utilize problem-solving skills to investigate & timely resolve payment obstacles to ensure optimal Accounts Receivable condition & compliance with established credit terms.•Wire & ACH / Unidentified over payment & invoice correction offsets as Needed & Provide direction to Cash Application team for above.
