A career that began in financial services - tracking stocks in the financial markets to Citibank where I had the opportunity to take on many challenging projects in its back-end finance function eventually led to Learning and Development. I have now spent over a decade in this space, all with Mentor Learning.The scientific approach that Mentor brings to designing solutions to stated business problems for its clients has always fascinated me, and continues to do so till date. I therefore, moved into learning design, in addition to delivering my role as the Head of Business Support. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to design & develop learning programs for a variety of stated, and sometimes unstated, business problems that Mentor has helped client organisations diagnose. I currently head the company as its Director, and lead a team of highly motivated individuals who are committed to delivering value to its customers.
