Current● Act as a strategic partner to the sales, marketing, and operations teams, providing financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to drive business performance.● Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and budgets aligned with organizational goals and objectives.● Lead delivery of work in line with engagement objectives and budget; Work as an effective team member during an engagement by communicating and escalating relevant… Show more ● Act as a strategic partner to the sales, marketing, and operations teams, providing financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to drive business performance.● Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and budgets aligned with organizational goals and objectives.● Lead delivery of work in line with engagement objectives and budget; Work as an effective team member during an engagement by communicating and escalating relevant issues.● Tailoring existing financial reports, design new reports and visualizations to meet key strategic objectives, monitor and report on KPI’s and identify areas for improvement. Ensure accuracy of reports. Interpreting the results of analytics to provide meaningful insight to Executive Leadership.● Conduct ad hoc financial analysis, revenue forecasting, profitability assessment, investment evaluation, annual impairment, and variance analysis. Present this back to ELT.● Manage AR & AP teams and accounting system. Mentor trainee accountants.● Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance.● Consolidate and present monthly pack to finance controller of 17 subsidiaries. Review and verify with region owners for any variance.● Lead the annual budgeting, annual and half yearly audits, and annual yearly forecasting processes.● Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that may impact financial performance.
