I am the founder and managing partner of PV Advisory, an advisory firm offering services in the space of Consulting, Outsourcing, Startup and Tech Solutions serving clients both in India and overseas.I am currently part-time CFO or vCFO to a few Startups and SMEs. I am an extremely passionate, proactive, self-driven and result oriented professional with over 15 years of expertise with sound business acumen and understanding of stakeholder needs. Over my career, I have led many finance transformation, implementation of large corporate restructuring and performance improvement projects. Prior to founding PV, I was employed with EY (Ernst & Young) for over a decade in various roles within Finance and led a vertical responsible for projects and new initiatives across five countries India, Poland, Philippines, China and Argentina.I Love public speaking especially to college and school kids.I have failed enough in life to understand the importance of both failing and winning. Moreover, it has taught me greater things in life.I have played cricket for school and college teams and I owe a lot to this great game for my learning of life, teaming and leadership skills. Sports have taught me to bounce back each time I fall.I absolutely love travelling, experiencing new places, meeting locals, eating local cuisine, walking through the streets. I strongly believe that if you have not travelled enough, your education is incomplete.My only regret in life is not giving enough time to my passion of playing cricket for the country.I naturally get well along with people and absolutely love their company. Routine bores me to the core. Loneliness scares me.I strongly believe that everyone should be financially literate to successfully manage their own financial health and that of their organisation.I have always been passionate about mentoring small and medium organizations to help them grow and operate scientifically and efficiently.
