I have overall responsibility for strategy and delivery of the business plan, with a primary focus on customer relationships and product strategy.With a master's degree in computer science and hands-on experience in leading high-performance teams, I have delivered market-leading enterprise and consumer products in various domains, such as supply chain management, e-commerce, IoT, CRM, HCM, and data science. I have a unique ability to blend vision, processes, people, and technology to create superior customer experience, while aligning with business objectives. I have also acquired multiple certifications in Shopify, Odoo, and BigCommerce, demonstrating my expertise in e-commerce platforms. My goal is to continue to innovate, work with customers to find solutions, and convert requirements into products using appropriate technologies.
