With a B.Sc. degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from Subhas Bose Institute of Hotel Management, I have more than 9 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working as a Duty Manager, Acting Night Manager, and Front Desk Associate in various hotels and resorts.In my current role as a Duty Manager at AYKONCITY, I oversee the daily operations of the hotel and ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service quality. I coordinate with all departments to achieve our goals and resolve any issues or complaints. I have developed strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. I work in unison with my staff members, empowering and motivating them to perform their best.
