Category Manager
Current- Providing leadership in defining and implementing the global Procurement strategy for CPS Category, with a focus on HR Consulting & Advisory Services- Managing TCO for CPS Category- Creating and leading the sourcing strategy for the category to deliver the lowest total cost of acquisition for the services, while delivering improved value and quality- Developing a pipeline of projects based on spend analysis which is fully aligned with category strategy and criticality to the business- Implementing measurement systems that clearly indicate the performance level of the sourcing strategy and supplier effectiveness- Maintaining focus on added value and cost savings- Leading global tenders & sourcing projects as well as contract negotiation to deliver the best value and ensure compliance with the supplier code of conduct.- Coordinating and managing all global procurement projects for the CPS category- Ensuring that the procurement process is run in the most efficient way and be accountable for contract finalization and related timelines- Acting as the single point of contact in providing expertise to the sourcing function for the CPS category- Understanding the best practices in the sourcing functions and incorporate them into the category strategy- Developing and implementing Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs and continuous improvement initiatives
