For the past 3.5 years, I have worked as a personal trainer at CR Crunch Fitness. June 2023 I was promoted into the role of Manager in training then promoted again in August 2024 to an Assistant Personal Training Manager. This role that has not only shaped my professional skills but also deepened my passion for fitness and personal development. My journey in this position has been marked by diverse responsibilities, significant achievements, and continuous growth. I assist in managing a team of personal trainers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals and deliver exceptional service to clients. I continue to engage with clients and develop programming for each persons goals and refining strategies. My experience as an Assistant Personal Training Manager has been incredibly rewarding, providing me with the tools and experiences necessary for personal and professional growth. As I look to the future, I am excited to continue leveraging my skills in the fitness industry, contributing to the health of the community, and navigating my skills for more education and growth opportunities.
