Delivering an outstanding patient experience while owning the culture, effectiveness, and efficiency of clinical operations.Building and communicating an effective nurse schedule. Oversight across clinical supply ordering and all QA/QI reporting. Ensure exceptional training and development of the clinical team members alongside the Practice Manager. Develop and maintain strong partnerships across all physicians within the center, including communication and meeting cadence, building best practices, and displaying excellent judgment. As second in operational command, responsible for overall center management when the Practice Manager is offsite. Monitor the collection, processing, maintenance, storage, appropriate access to and usage of patient and clinical records. Assist as required with pre-operative and post-operative visits.
