- Manage several projects simultaneously as assigned by the Controller and direct supervisor with timelines for completion- Analyze multiple expense accounts monthly, providing reasonable explanations for sharp increases or decreases - Write and update reports providing research and data on equipment rates, labor, and aging accounts to executive leaders - Serve as a liaison between the rental and accounting software company and employees on various questions and issues- Communicate and collaborate with managers, vendors, customers, and fellow accounting team members to ensure financial accuracy in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

- Assist the Controller in compiling monthly financial reports for two companies in six B&G Equipment and Supply locations - Review and book daily revenue and expense entries in order to reconcile two software systems - Schedule and key invoices for payment in a time-sensitive manner for multiple location
